When you cancel a non-refundable ticket (Wanna Get Away fare) with Southwest Airlines, you won’t receive a monetary refund. Instead, you’ll be issued a travel credit equal to the value of your original ticket. This credit can be used toward future Southwest flights and is valid for up to 12 months from the purchase date. Remember to cancel at least 10 minutes before your scheduled flight time to avoid forfeiting the ticket.
